Ingredients

  • 250 g pumpkin pulp, boiled and mashed
  • 200 g butter, or mararine
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 80 g walnuts, chopped
  • 50 g chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Grand Marnier
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions

  1. The recipe makes about 60 cookies.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar until frothy. Then add the egg and pumpkin puree. Stir in the vanilla pulp, salt, nuts, chocolate and Grand Marnier (I`ve already replaced this with brandy). Finally add the flour mixed with baking powder.
  3. Using a tablespoon, place small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes at 190 ° C until golden.
