- 225 g butter
- 125 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg (s)
- 250 g flour
- 100 g almond (s), sliced
- 100 g orane peel

- Beat the butter until foamy and gradually add the sugar, vanilla sugar, the egg and a pinch of salt. Stir in the sifted flour, tablespoon at a time. Finally fold in the sliced almonds and the orange peel. Put two teaspoons on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
