- 250 g quark 10%
- 250 g quark 20%
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- some pepper
- 1 teaspoon herbs Provence, dried or fresh
- some stalks parsley
- 2 leaves garlic or chives

- Finely chop fresh herbs. Mix everything together in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Possibly season again with salt.
- Other herbs can of course also be used.
- Tastes great as a spread (almost like very creamy cream cheese), with potatoes or vegetables, as a dip with raw vegetables, on hard-boiled eggs instead of mayonnaise, with meat, even grilled.
