Ingredients
- 100 g butter, (soft)
- 2 egg yolks
- 120 g suar
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 50 g semolina
- 1 tablespoon pudding powder, vanilla
- 0.5 ½ vanilla pod or a pack vanilla sugar
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), grated. + Juice
- 2 egg whites
- 25 g suar
- 2 large apples, (peeled and cut into small pieces)
- in Butter, flakes
- 1 tablespoon sugar + cinnamon

- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius. Use 18 or 24 springform pan!
- Beat the softened butter, sugar and egg yolks until frothy. Now add the low-fat quark, the semolina, the pudding powder and the pulp of the vanilla pod. Finally, fold in the stiffly beaten egg white sugar mixture and the apples.
- Butter the pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Puree the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon + sugar. Then in the oven for 40 minutes!
- Vanilla ice cream with whipped cream is great or just lukewarm
