- 400 g apple, sliced
- 250 g flour
- 300 g suar, brown
- 4 egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon water
- 1 packet vanilla sugar, or cinnamon for an autumn variant
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 packet baking powder
- Icing sugar, for sprinkling

- Peel and core the apples and then cut them into slices. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
- Grease a 24 springform pan and distribute the apple slices in it.
- Mix the flour, brown sugar, eggs, water, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and baking powder with the hand mixer. Pour the batter over the apples and distribute evenly.
