Ingredients
- 500 g quark (preferably 40% quark, no low-fat quark)
- 1 packet vanilla pudding, already cooked the day before
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 2 packs cream stabilizer
- 1 packet fruit (strawberries or blueberries), frozen or fresh

- Cook the pudding the day before according to the instructions on the package so that it is cold.
- Mix the quark in a large mixing vessel until smooth. Then add the vanilla pudding (skinless), the sugar and a few berries. Mix everything well. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer in an extra container until stiff and then mix spoon by spoon into the quark-fruit mixture. Now put the whole thing in the cold.
- For serving, fill the quark dish into small bowls and garnish with the remaining fruit.
