Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry, frozen
  • 250 g quark
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 ½ tablespoon, heaped cornstarch
  • 1 dash milk

Instructions

  1. Stir the quark until creamy. Stir in 1 egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and the cornstarch. Mix the other egg yolk with a dash of milk. Spread the puff pastry with the quark cream. Roll the dough into a strudel. Brush with the egg-milk mixture. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  2. If you like, you can mix raisins into the quark.
