- 300 g wholemeal spelled flour
- 200 g wheat flour type 550
- 2 egg (s)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 500 g quark
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 packet baking powder
- oat flakes, sunflower seeds, etc. for rolling

- Mix the quark, eggs, salt and honey together with a hand mixer or food processor. Then mix in both types of flour and the baking powder and knead everything into a nice dough. Shape the dough into a loaf or buns or both (works great) and then roll in oatmeal or other as you like.
