Ingredients
- 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika powder
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 bell peppers, red and green
- 1 onion (s), red
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lime (s), juice it
- 200 g cheese, rated
- 6 wheat tortilla (s)
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted

- Dice the chicken, season with cumin, paprika, salt and pepper and mix.
- Also finely dice the peppers and onion and finely grate the garlic clove.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick pan and stir-fry the chicken, then place in a bowl. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the same pan and sauté paprika, onion and clove of garlic. Remove the vegetables and add them to the chicken. Add lime juice and stir.
- Brush half of the tortillas with melted butter. Briefly wipe and heat the meat pan. Add a tortilla to the pan (buttered side should be on the bottom). Divide the meat and vegetable mixture in half and sprinkle with cheese. Fold the other half of the tortilla over it. Fry on both sides until crispy.
- Serve with guacamole.
