Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ kl. Can (s) kidney beans
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, instant
  • Balsamic vinegar

For the dough:

  • 1 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon flour, heaped
  • 3 tablespoons sparkling mineral water
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. For the sparrows:
  2. Mix the egg, flour, soda, milk and salt together well. If the dough is too soft, add a little more flour. Let the dough rest a little.
  3. Fry the onion in butter until light brown.
  4. Put the water and beans in a saucepan and bring to the boil, add the vegetable stock. With a tablespoon, prick the dough off the dough and add it to the boiling soup, dipping the spoon into the soup again and again, this way the sparrows can be removed from the spoon better.
  5. When the sparrows swim up, they`re done.
  6. Add the fried onion to the soup, add salt, possibly vegetable broth and vinegar to taste.
