Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli
- 250 g herder cheese
- 1 avocado (s)
- 250 g tomato (s)
- 20 g pine nuts, or kernels contained in a salad kernel mix
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) curry powder
- 1 pinch (s) paprika powder, noble sweet
- 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes

- Wash the broccoli thoroughly and chop or cut as small as possible. If you want it to go really quickly, simply take frozen broccoli, steam, chill and let cool.
- Cut the tomatoes into eighths, cut the shepherd`s cheese and avocado into small pieces and add to the cooled broccoli. Now roast the kernels in a pan and add them as well.
- For the sauce, simply stir the remaining ingredients together and pour over the salad.
