- 6 medium potato (s), mainly waxy, cut into pieces
- 3 medium carrot (s), sliced
- 1 onion (s), halved
- 0.75 liter ¾ vegetable stock
- salt and pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 50 g bacon, cut into pieces

- Chop the onion for 5 seconds at speed 5. Steam with a little oil and the bacon for 2 minutes (level 1). Steam the potatoes and carrots for 1 minute. Add the stock and cook for another 25 minutes on setting 1 and at 100 degrees. If you want to mix for 3 seconds at level 4.
