Ingredients

  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon ajvar, spicy, possibly more
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped parsley, chopped, fresh or frozen
  • some cream or whole milk

Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl. Then add 2 tablespoons of ajvar and stir until creamy. If you like it spicier, you can also take 3 tablespoon or more.
  2. Peel the garlic and put it in a press, press it over the cheese and stir in. Add the parsley and refine the whole thing with a little cream or whole milk.
  3. The best thing to do is to put something in the fridge and let it steep. Serve with a baguette or other bread for dipping. Also works well as a savory spread.
