- 300 g herbal cream cheese
- 4 clove (s) garlic
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 2 pinch (s) pepper

- Put the quark and cream cheese in a larger bowl. Cut the washed chives directly with the scissors. Press the peeled garlic and add it, then add the olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
