Instructions

  1. Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Then layer on a greased baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Now peel and dice the onions. Also cut the streaky bacon into cubes and pour over the potato slices together with the onion cubes.
  2. Push the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake there at about 220 degrees (top / bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
