- 2 tablespoon spice mix (taco seasoning)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

- Wash the potatoes and quarter them with the peel. Place in a baking dish.
- Chop the bacon and fry well in a pan. Cut the spring onions and onions into small pieces and add to the potatoes together with the bacon. Season with salt, pepper, taco seasoning and add the olive oil, mix everything well.
- Bake in the oven preheated to 180 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 30 - 40 minutes.
