Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 1 fennel
  • 5 gherkins (spiced cornichons)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 teaspoon, heaped spice paste (vegetable spice paste), from my recipes
  • 140 ml water
  • some dill
  • some vinegar
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices and place in the multicooker. Mix the water with the seasoning paste and pour over the potatoes. Set pressure hold time of 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the remaining ingredients into small pieces. At the end of the cooking time, switch off the multi-cooker and wait about 10 minutes. Then open the lid.
  3. Put the potato slices in a bowl with the other ingredients and season with salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Serve lukewarm.
