- 260 g butter
- 225 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 5 egg yolks
- 375 grams flour
- 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
- 1 kg rhubarb
- 5 egg whites
- 250 grams sugar
- 150 g nuts or almonds, finely chopped

- Prepare a batter from the ingredients butter to baking powder (relatively firm dough) and spread on the prepared baking sheet.
- Wash and clean the rhubarb and cut into 1 cm long pieces, spread on the dough.
- Beat 5 egg whites with the sugar until stiff, fold in the nuts / almonds. Spread the mixture over the rhubarb.
- Bake at 170 ° C on the middle shelf for a good 40 minutes.
