Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Take the puff pastry out of the package, roll it up and place it on a baking sheet with the parchment paper. Roll the edges up a little to create a border all around. Prick the dough several times with a fork.
  3. Cut the ham into fine strips. Cut the onions into fine rings.
  4. Put the sour cream in a bowl, add the ham and onion rings, mix well and spread on the puff pastry base. Sprinkle with a little salt and chives.
  5. Bake the tarte flambée in the preheated oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.
