Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 500 g vanilla puddin, bouht ready-made or already cooked
- 200 g ladyfiners
- 250 ml coffee, strong or espresso, cold
- Cognac or coffee liqueur to taste
- possibly sugar, 2-4 tablespoons
- Cocoa powder for dusting

- Mix coffee with cognac or liqueur to taste. Line a rectangular shape with half of the biscuits, drizzle with half of the coffee mixture. Mix the vanilla pudding with the mascarpone and possibly 2-4 tablespoons of sugar. Spread half of the cream on the biscuits. Layer the remaining biscuits on top of the pudding and brush with the remaining custard cream.
- Chill the dessert for a few hours or overnight, take it out of the refrigerator about an hour before serving and dust with cocoa.
- This tiramisu without egg tastes, in my opinion, just like tiramisu according to the original recipe.
