  • 50 g quinoa
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon powder
  • some vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the quinoa well with hot water and let it drain briefly. Then put in a saucepan and add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Let the whole thing simmer for about 15-20 minutes and then let it steep again for about 5 minutes.
  2. If you put the pudding in the cold, it will be a little firmer, but warm it is also a pleasure. If you want, you can now decorate it with cinnamon and a few desiccated coconut.
