For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dill, finely chopped, preferably fresh
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the Rapunzel. Peel and cut the cucumber. Make the dressing from the ingredients and season to taste.
  2. First distribute the Rapunzel on the plates or bowls, then spread the cucumber over it. Finally, put the dressing on top.
