Ingredients

  • 500 g raspberries
  • 500 g apples, already peeled and without seeds
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, : 2

Instructions

  1. Wash raspberries. Puree the apple pieces and raspberries with the lemon juice to a fruit mixture (if you still want pieces of fruit, do not let the mixer run too long). Put the whole thing in a large cauldron and cook according to the instructions for the preserving sugar. Do not add the thyme until the end of the cooking time.
  2. Pour the whole thing directly into well-sealable, boiled glasses.
