Ingredients
- 1 glass beetroot
- 2 scoops beetroot, pre-cooked
- 3 teaspoons cream horseradish
- 3 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- salt and pepper
- some chives

- Cream horseradish, sour cream and maple syrup, alternatively you can also mix with honey and season with salt and pepper. Cut the chives into small rolls and add them.
- Cut the beetroot balls into slices, pour off the juice of the beetroot from the glass and add the beets to the dressing. Mix well.
