Ingredients

  • 500 g noodles (spiral noodles)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 500 g tomato (s), passed
  • 10 cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion (s)
  • cheese, for gratinating
  • Basil, fresh

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente.
  2. Chop the onion and fry in a pan.
  3. Chop the garlic and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Whisk the tomatoes, sour cream and eggs together. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Add the fried onions and garlic to the cream, egg and tomato mixture.
  5. Put the cooked noodles in a baking dish and spread the quartered tomatoes on top. Then add the cream and tomato mixture and finally the cheese.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
  7. Garnish with basil.

  9. If you don`t like sour cream, you can replace it with normal cream.
