Ingredients
- 300 g macaroni
- 300 g cherry tomato (s)
- 3 egg (s)
- 150 ml sour cream
- 150 ml cream or cremefine
- 150 g Gouda cheese, rated or other cheese
- 1 onion (s)
- some tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder
- garlic

- Break the macaroni into pieces approx. 5 cm long and cook in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the packet.
- For the cream sauce, mix both creams and season with a little tomato paste and spices. Beat the eggs underneath. Leave the tomatoes whole or cut in half, depending on their size.
- Cut the onion into fine cubes and fry in a little butter or oil in a pan. When they are ready, briefly add the tomatoes.
- Put the drained pasta in a baking dish and mix with the tomato and onion mixture. Pour the cream sauce over it and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Let the casserole set for 15 - 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C.
