Ravioli with Spinach and Cheese

Spinach and cheese ravioli are best done in pleasant company, as this process is not quick. First you need to knead the dough, then roll it out thinly, the assistant may well prepare the sauce and filling!

Cook: 1 hour

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Flour – 1 and 1/4 Cups (dough)
  • Egg – 1 Piece (dough)
  • Water – 1/5 Cup (dough)
  • Spinach – 500 Grams
  • Grated Parmesan – 1/2 Cup
  • Ricotta – 3/4 Cup
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. Knead an elastic dough from flour, eggs, water. Let it stand for 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the spinach and simmer in oil for about 15 minutes, simmer until the liquid evaporates. Chill lightly and combine with ricotta, parmesan and spices.
  3. Roll out the dough into strips, place on a floured tin and fill in the ravioli.
  4. Cover with dough on top.
  5. Roll with a gurney and remove excess dough.
  6. Boil in boiling water for 5 minutes.
