Raw Brownie Ingredients

  • Walnut – 80 Grams (70 grams – for the base, 10 grams – for ganache)
  • Almonds – 70 Grams
  • Dates – 5-6 Pieces
  • Cocoa powder – 45 grams (35 grams – for the base, 10 grams – for ganache)
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Coconut oil – 1-2 tbsp (unrefined)
  • Agave Syrup – To taste
  • Vanilla Syrup – 1-2 Drops

  1. Prepare all ingredients.

  2. Grind the nuts into crumbs in a blender.
  3. Add cocoa, dates and a pinch of salt. Grind the mass again with a blender until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on top of the parchment. Form a square.
  5. Then prepare the ganache. Melt the coconut oil, add the agave syrup, vanilla syrup and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth.
  6. Place the ganache on the brownie and smooth with a knife. Sprinkle with chopped nuts on top.

  7. Put the brownie in the refrigerator for half an hour.
