Ingredients

  • 250 g berries, “red fruits” frozen mixture
  • 125 g preservin suar, (2: 1)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)

Instructions

  1. Of course, this recipe is also possible with any other frozen fruit mix or with fresh fruit!
  2. Thaw frozen fruits in approx. 5 minutes at 180 watts.
  3. Puree the fruits and mix with the preserving sugar and the juice of ½ lemon and cook uncovered for about 6-8 minutes at 600 watts. Stir 1-2 times halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Pour the slightly cooled jam into small jars with screw caps. Close well.
  5. Bring water to the boil in a large saucepan and boil the glasses in boiling water for about 15 minutes.
  6. Let cool down - done!
  7. Tip: Please use microwave-safe dishes.
