Instructions

  1. Put on pasta water. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into cubes. Sliced mushrooms (small mushrooms can be left whole). Wash everything beforehand, of course. Cut the feta cheese into pieces. Put the pasta in boiling water and cook according to the instructions on the package (usually 10-15 minutes), don`t forget the salt!
  2. Heat a large pan with a little oil and sauté the mushrooms. Then add the peppers and tomatoes. Stir every now and then.
  3. When a nice brew has formed (none is formed, just add some water with the vegetable stock) add the feta cheese and stir diligently, seasoning with oregano, salt, pepper, optionally chilli and a pinch of sugar and season to taste.
  4. The noodles should be ready by now. Drain and drain briefly. Put everything in the pan and stir well. If necessary, season again.
  5. Now just let it taste.
  6. As always with cooking, you can still play with the recipe. Zucchini, onions, and eggplant are great too.
  7. If you don`t have a large pan, mix the pasta and pan in a baking dish.
