- 100 g walnuts
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 teaspoon harissa from the glass
- 2 slices crispbread (rye crispbread)
- salt and pepper
- 1 sprig parsley for garnish

- Finely puree the unpeeled peppers, nuts and bread in a blender. The nuts and bread can be roasted in the pan beforehand. However, you have to stir constantly, as it burns very easily.
- Chop the garlic into large pieces and mash it with the salt. Then add to the mixture together with the harissa and mash again briefly and decorate with the parsley. If you like, you can also use pine nuts or sunflower seeds instead of walnuts.
- You can of course also prepare harissa yourself. Complies with the principles of Metabolic Balance.
