Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
  • 280 g mararine
  • 6 tablespoon red wine
  • 350 g jam (strawberry), for the fillin

For decoration:

  • 150 g chocolate icin
  • 150 g hazelnuts, round

Instructions

  1. Makes about 100 pieces.
  2. Sift the flour mixed with baking powder onto the work surface. Add sugar, egg, cocoa, cinnamon, margarine and red wine and make a kneading dough. Put in a cool place.
  3. Cut out round cookies and bake at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
