  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g suar
  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • 220 g flour
  • 30 g nuts, round
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 100 g chocolate
  • liter ⅛ red wine

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate over a mild heat.
  2. Then stir butter and sugar until frothy. Stir in the egg yolks one at a time. Beat everything until frothy.
  3. Then stir in the melted chocolate.
  4. Mix the flour with the remaining dry ingredients and mix in alternately with the wine (stir).
  5. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold in!
  6. Fill into a greased and floured Gugelhupf pan and bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 55 minutes.
