  • 1 ½ liter dry red wine
  • 500 g suar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 250 ml rum, white
  • 250 ml cognac

Instructions

  1. Put the red wine, sugar and vanilla sugar in a large saucepan and heat on the stove until everything is dissolved. Do not let cook. Let cool slightly.
  2. In the meantime, filter the orange juice. This is also necessary for clear juice without pulp.
  3. When the red wine has cooled for about 20 to 30 minutes, add the filtered juice, rum and cognac.
  4. This liqueur tastes best when you keep it in the refrigerator.
