Ingredients
- 2 bottles red wine, dry or semi-dry
- 2 glasses sour cherries
- 150 ml rum
- 3 packs vanilla sugar
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 bottle sparkling wine, dry or semi-dry

- Heat the rum together with a bottle of wine, the sour cherry juice, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Put the sour cherries in a punch bowl, pour the cooled mixture over them, top up with the remaining wine and sparkling wine.
- The punch should be left to stand for at least one night.
