Ingredients

  • 400 g redfish fillet (s), also frozen
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s) sliced
  • 2 tablespoon shallot (s), chopped
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • 0.25 ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon mustard
  • parsley
  • 1 lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. Sour the fish, season with salt and pepper. Place the fish in a baking dish on top of the shallots and spring onions. Pour in wine (amount is enough, stay cool).
  2. For approx. 10-15 min. 360 watt microwave + grill level 2 (top and bottom heat approx. 20 min. With oven preheated to 200 °).
  3. Keep the fish warm, put the liquid (stock) in a saucepan, add the cream, vegetable stock and mustard, then let it reduce. Fix with a little sauce binder until the consistency is right.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fish in a baking dish and cook for approx. 5 minutes. Garnish with peeled lemon (cut thinly) and parsley.
  5. It`s easy and tastes great. Also ideal when guests come.
