  • 1 kg beans, green
  • 2 ½ liters water
  • 2 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the beans (clean and wash), bring the water with salt to a boil and let the beans boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 100 ° C.
  3. Place the beans on a sieve and allow to cool, then bring the collected bean water to the boil again.
  4. Carefully layer the beans in glasses and pour the boiling bean water over them. Close tightly with the lid.
  5. Fill an ovenproof dish with hot water and place the glasses in it.
  6. The beans are then put in the oven for 60 minutes.
  7. If you want to be careful, repeat this boiling time again after three days.
