Ingredients

  • 200 g sour cream (10% fat)
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 shallot (s)
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection). Peel the shallots and cut into thin rings. Mix the sour cream with the garlic and chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
