Instructions

Make a batter from flour, eggs, sugar, butter and salt.
Grease a springform pan and add the batter. Use a small spoon to sprinkle jam or Nutella on the dough, if you like.
Bake at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Sprinkle the still warm cake with sugar.
Since the cake is baked without baking powder, it stays very flat. But it`s just a pleasure!
