“Brownie” Without Baking Soda and Baking Powder

Mega chocolate dessert for those with a sweet tooth. What baked goods can have more chocolate than your favorite Brownie ?! Here’s a recipe for how to make Brownie without baking soda and baking powder, but with white chocolate.

Servings: 10

Ingredients

  • Butter – 185 Grams
  • Dark chocolate – 185 grams
  • Flour – 85 Grams
  • Cocoa – 40 Grams
  • White chocolate – 50 grams
  • Milk chocolate – 50 grams
  • Eggs – 3 Pieces
  • Powdered sugar – 275 Grams

Directions

  1. Put the butter out of the refrigerator in advance (half an hour before cooking), cut it into slices and place in a bowl.
  2. Cut dark chocolate into pieces or use chocolate chips.
  3. Put chocolate in a bowl of butter and send to a water bath or microwave, melt.
  4. Sift wheat flour into a bowl, sift cocoa powder to it.
  5. Break 3 room temperature eggs into a large bowl.
  6. Beat eggs with a mixer until fluffy.
  7. Add granulated sugar little by little and beat eggs.
  8. Meanwhile the chocolate and butter are completely melted, set aside to cool.
  9. Cut white and milk chocolate into small pieces, or measure out the required amount of chocolate chips.
  10. Pour the cooled chocolate over the well-beaten eggs with sugar.
  11. Using a spatula, mix everything until smooth.
  12. Add the previously sifted cocoa flour to the chocolate and egg mixture
  13. Stir gently and add both types of chocolate, mix again.
  14. Grease a baking dish with butter and flour, pour in the prepared dough and smooth with a spatula.
  15. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes, then cool completely.
  16. Cut the cooled pie into slices and enjoy.
