Ingredients
- 300 g low-fat quark
- 250 g yourt (lemon yourt)
- 1 drop rum flavor
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 300 g berries, mixed (raspberries, currants, josta berries, etc.)
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
- 2 tablespoon sugar (or equivalent to the fruit acid)
- 2 handfuls biscuit (s) (Italian almond biscuits - Cantuccini)
- 2 tablespoon almond flakes

- Mix the low-fat quark with lemon yoghurt, rum flavor, 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix the berries with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Chop the almond biscuits and crumble the almond flakes a little, mix the two together.
- Now layer in dessert glasses or a large glass bowl as follows: berries, quark, almonds and biscuits. Layer at least 2 layers of it - the top layer should be quark, which you can decorate with some berries and cantucchini.
- It is best to let the dessert steep for about 2-3 hours before it is eaten. Then the cantucchini are no longer so rock-hard and have taken on some of the fruity aroma.
