Ingredients

  • 500 g oulash, from pork
  • 1 medium onion (s), chopped
  • 4 medium pickled cucumber (s)
  • 100 g salami
  • 1 red pepper (s)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 dash vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sear the meat with the onions. Stir in tomato paste and mustard, dust with flour. Add the vegetable stock and cream and bring to a boil. Add sugar, cut the pickles into strips, the salami and paprika into small cubes, add and cook for 20 minutes. Add the chives and the spices.
  2. Rösti go well with it.
