Ingredients

  • 500 g pork belly, or pork neck, about 5 mm thick
  • 3 tablespoon chili paste, Korean (Gotchujang)
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ ginger root, chopped
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the pork. Rub the meat with it and let it steep in the refrigerator for several hours.
  2. Spread the meat out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook in the preheated oven at 200 degrees until the meat is cooked through, turning once.
  3. The meat can also be fried in an oiled pan, but preparation in the oven is less fat.
