Instructions

  1. In a very large bowl, mix the chicken, bacon, mushrooms, onions, garlic, hot peppers, leeks (washed, halved and cut into 1 cm strips), oil, wine, soy sauce, paprika powder, cayenne pepper and a teaspoon of salt. Let the whole thing stand for about 15 minutes.
  2. In a large pan, bring the water with the bouillon cube and a little salt to a boil and let the rice boil in it. Before the rice is done, reduce the heat and let the rice steep. (There should still be some water in the pan)
  3. Heat a frying pan and fry the vegetables in three portions and add to the rice. Season to taste with salt and pepper, sprinkle with cheese if you like.
  4. Salad goes very well with it!

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
