Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup rice
- 3 cup water
- a bit salt
- 100 g minced meat (beef, pork) or other leftovers
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 1 can corn
- 1 can peas, (or frozen peas)
- 2 carrot (s), (finely grated)
- some soy sauce, to taste

- Wash the rice and bring to the boil with twice the amount of water and a little salt.
- In a separate pan, fry the finely chopped onions in a little oil and add the minced meat. Salt / pepper to taste and gradually add the other ingredients (here it is really important to use leftovers, I add everything that is available).
- Example:
- Ham, canned corn, peas, mushrooms, peppers, wieners, zucchini, carrots, ginger, etc.
- Finally, season with a little soy sauce, add the rice and fry in the pan for another 2-3 minutes.
