- 500 g rice
- 200 g salami
- 3 pepper (s), red, yellow and green
- 2 onions)
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, light
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- salt and pepper
- spice (s)
- Pickled cucumber

- Cook the rice grainy as usual and allow to cool. Dice the salami, paprika and onions. Put everything in a bowl, mix and season with vinegar, oil and spices.
- You can also mix in finely chopped pickles and if there is no balsamic vinegar, the salad tastes very good if you add some of the cucumber water.
