Ingredients
For the dough:
- 400 g flour
- 1 pack dry yeast or cube fresh yeast
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 50 ml olive oil
- 250 ml water, warm
For covering:
- 250 g tomato (s), passed
- 50 g tomato paste
- 150 g salami
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- pepper
- 200 g cheese, rated

- Mix the ingredients for the dough and knead into a smooth dough. If you use fresh yeast, first make a pre-dough with it (crumble the yeast and stir in a pinch of sugar and a little water until smooth. Let rise until the volume has doubled, then knead with all the other ingredients). Roll out on a baking sheet and cover with a cloth so that it can walk a little.
- Mix the tomatoes with tomato paste and spread on the dough. Lay out salami. Fry the mince in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Crumble on top and spread the chopped peppers on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180-200 °.
