  • Rice – 0.75 cups
  • Sausage (smoked) – 300 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Ginger, fresh root – 20 g
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Green onions – 0.5 bunch
  • Chili pepper – 0.5 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Lemon (optional)

  1. Boil rice (in plenty of water), rinse under cold water. Place on a sieve.

  2. Cut the sausage into small cubes.
  3. Chop the garlic, onion, ginger, and chili.
  4. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl.
  5. Heat the wok on the stove, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Fry the sausage in a wok until brown.
  6. Pour chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and chili into the pan. Stir, fry for about 2 minutes with continuous stirring.
  7. Then fill the sausage with rice, mix well.
  8. Make a hole in the center and pour the beaten eggs into it.
  9. Gently mix rice with eggs, fry with continuous stirring until eggs are tender.
  10. Serve rice with lemon wedges.
