Ingredients
Chicken – 400 Grams (any parts)
Onion – 1 Piece
Carrots – 1 Piece
Potatoes – 3-4 Pieces
Tomato – 1 Piece
Vegetable oil – 30 Milliliters
Spices – To taste
Salt – To taste
Greens – To taste (I have basil)
Water – 1-1.5 Glasses
Directions
Prepare all ingredients.
Cut the chicken into pieces and fry with salt and spices over high heat until golden brown.
Add the coarsely chopped onions and carrots.
Fry the vegetables until soft and add the tomatoes, cut into wedges.
Cook everything together for a couple more minutes.
Add water and adjust for salt.
Then add randomly chopped potatoes and ground pepper as desired.
Mix everything and simmer covered over low heat until the potatoes are tender.
