Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar

Fried asparagus in the balsamic sauce is an easy-to-prepare vegetable side dish or even a stand-alone vegetable dish. The least effort – the most delicious asparagus dish.

Ingredients

  • Asparagus – 1 Bunch
  • Balsamic Vinegar – 2 Teaspoons
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon the spoon
  • Soy sauce – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Salt – 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

  1. Combine olive oil and salt. Place a saucepan with butter on the fire to heat up.
  2. Prepare the asparagus. Rinse it off and wipe off any moisture with a paper towel.
  3. In a skillet with oil, fry the asparagus until golden brown. In another saucepan, combine the vinegar and soy sauce. Once the asparagus is done, dip it into the sauce.
  4. Remove the asparagus on a plate. The crispy snack is ready.
